Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, and proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@horon-design.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@horon-design.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, modified, or returned without the original packaging and included components.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all included components, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
